A somewhat unsuccessful attempt at explaining mountain-climbing and double-pendulums as an analogy of relationships...
I was recently blessed/privileged enough to be able to go to Hawaii as part of my work (collecting observational data at the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope, located near the summit of Mauna Kea). Of all the amazing experiences I had, though, there was one thing in particular that stood out to me, and that was what my travel-buddy did, for which I am very grateful :)
Certainly haven't forgotten or abandoned this site; just an 'overdensity' of being busy, it seems! Will re-commence posting soon, insha Allah!
From time to time, I may write about a particular song and what it means to me. This time, that song is:
Michael Andrews feat. Gary Jules - Mad World
Photography wasn't something I think I always wanted to do since a very young age (like becoming an astronaut, a paleontologist, somebody that knows everything, and somebody who generally helps people and fixes problems), but it was something that I developed an interest in probably during my early teenage years (alongside my desire to make films and whatnot). I'm not sure if I have a philosophy behind photography, other than if I see something I find very visually aesthetic/appealing, I'd like to share it with others so that they, too, may be able to enjoy it as much as I do, if not more. Anywho, I'm no expert or pro or anything, and still have much to learn, but if you happen to be interested in my photography, here's the link to my Flickr photostream: https://www.flickr.com/photos/rbarbhuiyan/
I really like clouds - I find them to be like a sky-zoo of majestic and mysterious creatures. I like them enough to spend hours taking timelapses of them, and putting that together in a video, which I'd like to share here with you :)
